| Even though I am an automobile dealer; this is my personal motorcycle. It belongs to me personally and is titled in my name. I hope the photographs do justice to the beauty of this motorcycle. The way it looks is why I bought it. I attempted to buy this motorcycle new from MPH Cycles in Houston but Mike Haven of MPH informed me that a new blue EV1100 was not available and that he had only had one blue Moto Guzzi EV1100 Touring ever. I found and bought this motorcycle used in Florida with 2,800 miles on it a couple of years ago and had it shipped to me by Keyboard Carriage. Keyboard Carriage only hauls pianos and motorcycles and does an excellent job. I had never ridden a Moto Guzzi until I received delivery of this Moto Guzzi from Florida. The reason I am selling this Moto Guzzi is that I am 62 years old and sometimes I take long trips to places like Alaska and am gone for 1 to 2 months at a time and this gorgeous motorcycle just doesn't fit me very well. Up to now I have been making these trips on a 1978 BMW that I bought new. I have been looking for a replacement even though I would never part with my old BMW that has served me so well. I am tall and this bike would really be comfortable for someone with a 28" to 30" inseam in my opinion. I thought about replacing the seat with a higher one but the Guzzi's I have seen with the optional "king / queen" raised seat makes the motorcycle look stubby to me. MPH Motorcycle in Houston has done all the service work for me on this Guzzi. For you Guzzi aficionados out there; when I first got this Guzzi MPH did the "camshaft" update, fuel pump in tank update, and the "clutch" update. This motorcycle has been trouble free. These items were done by MPH. MPH also changed all the oils, and mapped the fuel injection. This bike really runs nice. Let me put in a little "plug" for MPH in Houston. These guys really know their stuff and do excellent work. Davey Parsons at MPH has worked on my BMW's as far back as the late 1980's and he is the person who did the work on this Moto Guzzi also. We have sold cars as far away as Ghana, West Germany, and England so I believe in giving an accurate and full description. We have never had anyone disappointed. This bike is completely original except for the "Clear View" windshield that I added which is about 4 inches taller than the stock one. I still have the original windshield in a box and I will gladly give it to you. New this motorcycle listed for $13,495. This motorcycle is kept in my enclosed garage under a motorcycle cover. If you are looking for a very nice blue EV1100 Touring II; this is your motorcycle. I believe this motorcycle is as nice as it can be and the only one nicer would be a new one. My name is Robert and my cell phone # is 361-550-0795.
